    Call your healthcare provider if you:

    • Feel sick with fever, cough or have difficulty breathing?
    • Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19
    • Live in or have recently traveled from an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19

    Your healthcare provider will determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19. We urge you to please call for a screening prior to walking into a clinic. All are required to wear a mask when entering any NCH facility and throughout their stay. See the latest information regarding COVID-19, including notices and closures.

  • Update on COVID-19 Vaccinations

    NCH is following the CDC phases for COVID-19 vaccine administration. The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is responsible for determining distribution of vaccines.

    We are currently vaccinating NCH patients ages 16 and up, while preserving a percentage of appointments for higher-risk patients. Please log into your MyChart account and choose a date and time for your first dose of the vaccination. If no appointments are available, please check back in a few days for new openings. COVID-19 Vaccinations are given by appointment only.
