COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Notice

Call your healthcare provider if you:

  • Feel sick with fever, cough or have difficulty breathing
  • Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19
  • Live in or have recently traveled from an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19

Your healthcare provider will determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19. We urge you to please call for a screening prior to walking into a clinic. All are required to wear a mask when entering any NCH facility and throughout their stay. See the latest information regarding COVID-19, including notices and closures.

  • Medical Services Reopening, Appointments Available

    We have begun to resume elective procedures and services in strict adherence to guidelines set by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). Due to COVID-19, NCH Medical Group has shortened its hours of operation, until further notice. We encourage you to call your provider's office to change your existing appointment, or to schedule a new appointment as a virtual visit if appropriate.
